These terms apply to your use of DeveloperOne: the website, the dashboard at app.developerone.dev, our API and the editor extension (together, "the service"). DeveloperOne is operated by Debojyoti, an individual based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or agency, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. Early access
DeveloperOne is in early access. Features, limits and prices may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of important changes.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
- Keep your sign-in methods and access keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and your organisation.
- Organisation owners and admins control who joins their organisation and what they can do.
3. Free quota
New organisations receive a free usage quota to try the service. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn. One free quota per organisation: creating extra accounts or organisations to get more free usage is not allowed. When the quota is used up, requests stop until more usage is available.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the service;
- create malware, attack systems, or try to get around our limits or security;
- resell, share or give others access to the service outside your organisation;
- use the service to build a competing model by extracting its outputs at scale;
- break the usage policies of the AI model providers we use.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Your code and AI output
- Your code stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- AI output can be wrong, insecure or similar to other code. Review and test it before you use it. You are responsible for what you ship.
- As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, subject to the terms of the model providers.
6. Payments and refunds
- DeveloperOne is prepaid. Organisation owners and admins buy credit on the Billing page, from ₹100 to ₹10,000 per payment, in steps of ₹100. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking).
- The full amount you pay is added to your organisation's balance. Prices are in Indian rupees and do not include GST, because we are not registered for GST.
- Credit does not expire. Each task deducts its cost from the balance, and the dashboard shows what was spent.
- If you were charged but the credit did not arrive, or you were charged twice, write to us and we will add the credit or refund the extra payment.
- You can ask for a refund of credit you have not used within 7 days of buying it. Used credit is not refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or to protect the service.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
